As a PT and former professional athlete, I combine high-performance sporting experience with a results-driven coaching approach to help clients achieve sustainable, long-term success. Having represented Australia at national level rugby and progressed through professional development pathways including the Melbourne Rebels and Australian Institute of Sport programmes, I understand first-hand what it takes to perform at your highest level.
Alongside my sporting background, I spent over five years building a successful career in business development, developing expertise in communication, goal setting, behaviour change, and building lasting relationships. These skills allow me to understand each of my clients as an individual and create tailored training programmes that fit seamlessly into busy lifestyles.
