I’ve been using will now for a good few months and I have to say he’s just superb. He has gotten me back in shape since having my little boy and really knows all when it comes to training women. He understood exactly what I wanted and really helped my postpartum journey. If I could give will more than 5 stars I would. He is knowledgeable, kind, energetic and really makes our sessions fun. Will really helped me with his expertise. He helped me form good habits, corrected my bad form with several exercises and set me off on my transition. I’m still not all the way where I need to be but Will helped me realise that I just need to follow the process, have fun and stay committed. He is great as a person as well so you also get good company as well as expert guidance!!

Who knew the gym could actually be fun? Certainly not me! As someone with a long-term disability, I was nervous about even walking through the doors. I have started training with Will recently, he has shown me quite a few new exercises that I haven’t tried before. He always makes his sessions interesting & explains new exercises very clearly so I am able to do them properly on my own.

I've been training with will for a while now, and as a complete beginner, I couldn't have asked for a better start. He's great at creating training schedules that are effective and easy to follow, and he's also very flexible with timing, which has made it easier to stay consistent. More than anything, he's helped me feel confident and comfortable in the gym, which was something I really struggled with before. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for support and structure, especially if you're just starting out!

Will is a great PT and (I can't believe I'm saying it) I actually look forward to our sessions and feel equipped and motivated to go to the gym in between sessions! The sessions are always... Challenging... But they're also lots of fun and Will knows how to push to a limit in a confidence inspiring, encouraging way. He always adapts to goals and aims you set and Id definitely recommend him, especially if you're a bit gym-nervous as his demeanour is fantastic at calming gym wobbles.
