Hey, I'm Zarah Barlas, a Personal Trainer based at Prestwick Leisure Club. I've always had a passion for health and fitness, I have done Karate since 2010 and got my black belt in 2017. This inspired me to turn that passion into a career where I help others achieve their goals.

Zarah took me through a lower body training session and being used to training didn’t think I would get much from a personal trainer. Wow was I wrong! She listened to my goals then created a routine which really pushes me….which I needed as I’ve been sitting in the comfort zone for too long! Five starts! 🤩
